The Black House team is comprised of professionals from the fields of architecture, engineering, interior design, and planning law, alongside leading industrial partners, to conceive and execute architecture, renovation, and interior design projects for bespoke designer villas and boutique hotels.
The entire team is led by Dani Blanch, co-founder of Knowhaus and current founder and CEO of Black House.

Dani Blanch has developed his entire professional career in the fields of property development and urban and real estate management. He gained a comprehensive global vision as a Project Manager, coordinating and leading teams of architects and technical architects to develop commercial, corporate, industrial, and primarily residential real estate projects for some of the leading national and international companies: Banco Vitalicio de España, Generali, Group Promodes, Carrefour, Layetana Inmobiliaria (Torre Agbar, Hotel Silken, Arcadias developments), and residential developments across Spain.
2010
THE CREATION OF KNOWHAUS
As a Home Project Manager specialising in the comprehensive management of turnkey projects, in 2010 he established a multidisciplinary team of architects, technical architects, and engineers, and partnered with interior designer Gemma Gallego i Masmitjà to create KNOWHAUS. The first national Home Project Management company was born, dedicated exclusively to the design, development, creation or renovation, and global execution of all types of residential projects (single-family, multi-family, and holiday homes, in both urban and rural settings).
2022
THE CREATION OF BLACK HOUSE
With the experience of Knowhaus behind him, Dani founded Black House as a solo venture—an architecture studio focused on the construction of designer villas, boutique hotels, and high-end renovations.
Always maintaining a global perspective on the project through Comprehensive Project Management, Dani continues to provide value in the management, monitoring, and traceability of all the processes involved in the design and conception of new builds, renovations, interior design, and decoration.
Black House has an international vocation and presence, with projects across the globe: Barcelona, the Balearic Islands, Marbella, Madrid, Munich, Dubai, Santiago de Chile, Viña del Mar, Argentina, London, Manchester, Cancún (Mexico), and Santo Domingo.
